When the cartoon animation is developed into a more modern TV series or movie, the characters themselves are modified into something that is more relatable in the present generation, with the use of gadgets and technology. And in doing so, the voices are played with different people, since mostly, the original voices from decades ago are no longer in the business, or too old to convey the needed voice, or even not part of the human world anymore. Aside from that, voice changes happen because with the modified versions of the cartoon characters, the need to have a voice that is loved by the new era is a must, for marketing and promotional purposes. When famous actors voice out the enhanced characters, the younger generation are attracted to it even more, and not just kids, but adults as well.
Remake to rekindle the cartoon character name
The sad fact is, many cartoon characters from decades ago are lost in the minds of people who were once adoring fans as little kids. Many cartoon animations are forgotten because they are too old and the new youngsters cannot relate to them. Though many classic cartoon characters stand the test of time and remain untouched by the new technology, those who are not lucky enough to maintain their popularity are being modified to capture the attention of the new people. Using the new technology, cartoon characters are equipped with a new set of skills, powers, improved wardrobes, new witty and catchy lines, and new nemesis that are even more skillfully powerful than the original villains.
